The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living area and includes everything you need: dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto machine, kettle, washing machine…

(both located upstairs)

The toilet is separate on the ground floor. The bathroom with shower is located upstairs.

Outside, you can enjoy a private outdoor space with garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as access to the shared garden, children’s outdoor play area and fully enclosed parking.

A full set of baby equipment is available: high chair, travel cot, changing mat, potty, dishes…

All amenities are within easy walking distance: convenience store, bakery, florist, butcher, hairdresser, Sunday morning market. The Canal du Berry and the skate park are also accessible on foot at the end of the garden.

Le City is also certified Accueil Vélo, with a secure garage to store bikes, attach them safely and carry out small repairs.

Cycle paths and the Véloroute are just a few metres from the gate.
